3:20pm (we will meet first in either the cafeteria)
Bring training gear- running shoes, tshirt, short, sweatpants/joggers, sweatshirt or warm top and a water bottle with your name on it.
We will have a short team meeting. Warm up as a whole group then break out into event areas.
